The promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of Suntory Beverage & Food Australia Pty Ltd and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.

A Participating Store is any Caltex store which displays promotional material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period.

The promotion will be run in association with participating Caltex stores in Western Australia only.

All V Energy, V Refresh, V RiiSE products are eligible.

To enter the promotion, entrants must:

1. Purchase any two (2) Qualifying Products, in one transaction from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (Qualifying Transaction);
2. Retain product barcodes for promotion entry;
3. Scan the QR code on point-of-sale advertising or visit v-energy-drink.com/westcoasteaglespromo;
4. Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, provide the requested details (including full name, email address, telephone number and last 4 digits of an eligible V product barcode).

Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

One Prize of a money-can’t-buy West Coast Eagles experience for the winner and three (3) mates, including access onto the Field of Play pre-game and a meet & greet with ex-WCE players. The winner also receives:

• Four (4) corporate hospitality tickets to Round 24 (w/c 18/08/25);
• Two (2) twin-share rooms at Crown Perth, Burswood WA 6100 on 18 August 2025 for one (1) night (winner and mates to make their own way to Crown Perth);

Total Prize pool: $14,730 (AUD)

1. The winner and travel companions must be 18 years or over.
2. The winner and companions must make their own way to Crown Perth, Burswood WA 6100.
3. The Prize is valid until 18 August 2025 and must occur by that date as it coincides with the game date (the Travel Period).
4. Acceptance of the Prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by the Promoter and the terms and conditions of any supplier. If the Prize winner cannot accept those terms and conditions for any reason, their Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
5. The winner and his/her companions are responsible for adhering to all local laws, including but not limited to laws regarding the legal drinking age and attendance at venues with a specified age of entry.
6. Itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
7. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers.
8. All bookings in connection with the Prize must be made via the Promoter’s chosen agent. The Prize winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by suppliers once any booking is approved and issued.
9. This Prize is not transferable, changeable, or redeemable for cash.
10. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
11. Additional spending money, meals, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the Prize description, are not included.
12. The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
13. In the event that a Prize or any part of a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative prize of equal value.
14. Travel insurance is not included in the Prize and must be obtained by the winner and their travel companions prior to departure. Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel. The winner may be required to provide proof of acceptable travel insurance to the Promoter or Agency upon request.
15. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that all activities included in the Prize involve inherent risks, which may result in death, injury, incapacity, property damage, or other losses. The winner participates in these activities at their own risk.
16. The Promoter, its agents, and Agency are not responsible for any changes to travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fight cancellations, border closures, or changes to government regulations. The winner will be solely responsible for any additional costs arising from these changes.
17. The winner will receive $500 Visa Gift Card. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to all applicable terms, conditions, policies, and requirements set forth by Visa and the issuing bank.

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

1. only one entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased in that transaction);
2. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; and
3. a maximum of one entry, per person, per day is permitted.

The Prize winner will be determined by way of random draw from all valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period at 11am (NZST) on 1 August 2025. The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Period will win the Prize.

The Prize Draw will take place at Suntory Beverage & Food Australia Pty Ltd of Tower 1, Level 18, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The Promoter may draw additional entries and record them in the order drawn in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

Prize winner will be contacted using the contact details that entrants provided in their entry.

The winner’s last name, first initial and state will be published at v-energy-drink.com/westcoasteaglespromo by 5 August 2025.

Neither the Agency, the Promoter nor their agents will be responsible in any way for any disputes arising as a result of entries being submitted by persons other than the registered phone owner.

Winner must provide the Promoter with acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of being contacted by the Promoter. If the Promoter does not receive acceptance within that period, their Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.

1. Information on how to enter and Prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms & conditions.

2. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. Prize winner may be asked to show valid proof of identity at the time of collecting their Prize.

3. Acceptance of a Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details for promotional and media purposes without compensation, and any copyright will vest in the Promoter.

4. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of this promotion (including any Prize or term) at any time in its sole discretion.

6. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of a winner’s entry and disqualify any entry or refuse to award a Prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent, dishonest or disruptive manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

9. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

10. The winner acknowledge and agree that they will comply with all instructions given by employees and agents of the Promoter and other agencies associated with this promotion and agree not to do anything that may bring the Promoter into disrepute.

11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents take no responsibility for any failure of any entry to be entered into the promotion due to, without limitation, technical malfunction or human error. The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

12. As a condition of participating in the promotion, each winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with this promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including costs on a solicitor-client basis) which a winner may incur arising out of their participation in the promotion and/or participating in the Prize, howsoever caused.

13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected; (d) any variation in the Prize; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant; or (f) use of a Prize.

14. The Promoter and the Agency collect and hold personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this Promotion and for future promotional purposes. For the purposes of notifying the winner and facilitating redemption of a Prize, the Promoter and the Agency may pass winner’s personal details to their agencies and other associated organisations. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from entering the promotion or being able to receive a Prize. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Entrants may access and request correction of any of the details about them held by the Promoter by sending an email to promos@raydar.co.nz.
