What Are Energy Drinks?
Energy drinks are functional non-alcoholic beverages designed for people who need a boost to get through their day. Energy drinks contain caffeine and may contain other ingredients that assist with mental performance.
Energy drinks are strongly regulated in Australia and New Zealand. The acceptable daily intake and the maximum permitted levels are determined by the FSANZ (Food Standards Australia and New Zealand) in the Food Standards Co
Is There A Limit On How Many Energy Drink I Can Have In A Day?
The acceptable daily limit of energy drinks is regulated by Food Standards Australia New Zealand.
We encourage all consumers to enjoy our beverages responsibly and in moderation, following consumption guidance on the pack.
Is V Energy Suitable For Everyone To Drink?
V energy drinks are not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women or individuals sensitive to caffeine and this advice is clearly labelled on every energy drink.
What Is In V?
It is always best to refer to the product label for ingredient information. All ingredients and any relevant allergens are always clearly listed on the back of the label.
What Is Caffeine?
People have been consuming caffeine for centuries through naturally occurring sources such as coffee, tea and cocoa.
Products are also available with added caffeine such as energy drinks. The level of caffeine in energy drinks are strictly regulated by Food Standards Australia New Zealand.

What Is Guarana?
Guarana is a vine plant with small red fruit. The seeds from this fruit are a source of caffeine and have long since been used for heightening alertness and energy levels.
Is V Halal Suitable?
We understand the importance of Halal certification for many of our customers, and we are committed to transparency. Our products are not Halal certified. All ingredients are listed on our packaging.

What Areas Do You Deliver To?
We'll happily send your order Australia & New Zealand wide! That means all Australian & New Zealand street addresses are accepted. Unfortunately we don’t deliver to PO Boxes, AFOI, PMO or Locked Bags. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address for delivery is correct.
How Much Are Delivery Fees?
Shipping fees are fixed to $10 for smaller items and $30 for the big stuff. Certain street addresses in remote areas may not be covered by our normal delivery services, in which instance we will contact you to advise of any extra postal charges.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Most orders are dispatched between one (1) to five (5) business days starting from the business day after the order was received. In the event that any items are out of stock or unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email and those items will be shipped to you separately. All orders are dispatched ex Sydney.
We ship using Australia Post. As a guide, the following standard Australia Post delivery times apply to all orders:
AUSTRALIA
NSW – 1-3 business days
VIC – 2-4 business days
QLD – 3- 5 days
TAS/WA/NT – 4-7 business days
NEW ZEALAND
8-14 business days
Delivery times are estimated as accurately as possible. However, we will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery times being exceeded.
During peak periods, such as online sales and holiday seasons, packing and handling times may be longer than expected, however we will have items dispatched as soon as possible.
In the event that delivery to you is unsuccessful on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.
We take no responsibility for any damage to items that occurs during transit, to the full extent permitted by law.
All customers will be notified by email when the order has been dispatched, and a delivery tracking link will be provided. Orders may be processed and delivered at any time between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We cannot guarantee transit days.
Do You Offer An Urgent Delivery Service?
Unfortunately not, so make sure to review our delivery times prior to ordering.
Do I Need To Be Home To Receive The Delivery?
We recommend that the delivery address has someone present during working hours to receive the delivery and acknowledge receipt. We are not required to verify the identity or authority of any person who receives the delivery, and receipt of the order by a person at the delivery address will be deemed as a completed delivery. In the event that there is nobody present to receive the delivery at the time delivery is attempted it will be left in a safe place and marked as delivered on your tracking.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay.
The name the name on your bank statement will be "V Energy".
We reserve the right not to accept credit cards issued by banks outside Australia. If you are directed to a third party website to complete payment, you should familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of that third party before making any payment.
If your payment is declined for any reason, your order will not be processed. We do not take any responsibility for any delays in processing your order because of a declined transaction.
My Delivery Hasn't Arrived Yet?
All customers will be notified by email when the order has been dispatched, and a delivery tracking link will be provided. If you need help tracking your delivery then please email our customer support team: venergy@campaign.net.au
I Didn’t Receive Confirmation When I Placed My Order?
Check your spam email folders just in case, but if it has been more than 24 hours after you have placed your order then please email our customer support team: venergy@campaign.net.au
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
In the event that you have made an error with your order and the order has been confirmed (for example, you have entered an incorrect address), you should immediately contact us. We will endeavour to adjust your details, however this will not be possible once your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee and/or extra shipping fee in the event that you require a change to your order after it has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse to change your order in our absolute discretion.
For clarity, you cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.
